In those saves, I give you op start and very op start!
On GTAVCsf8.sav you will get all paramedic/firefighter/vigilante missions done, but none of the hidden packages has been collected.
On GTAVCsf2.sav you get all hidden packages + all of the above

If you are interested in how I managed to collect all the hidden packages, have a video showing the method I did to get to the second island.

Iv did it for people who want to do the story with no holding back! the speed you will spray lance with the minigun is just funny and considered no burn damage, infinite sprint, jumping taxis and weapons in the safehouse, enjoy!
