Update:
– Added the ability to remove drops from the ground.
Many players complained about heavy rain, especially at night, which made it unbearable to play through the trilogy. This mod will fix this error. The raindrops will now become more transparent. Also, the drop will become smaller. The mod works on GTA 3, GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas.
