Enhancing Tommy Vercetti’s model to resemble more of a person that just spent 15 years in prison and with the nickname “The Harwood Bucher”, you would expect him to look a bit rougher, especially after 20+ years. Taking a little inspiration from what already inspired the design of Tommy, Tony Montana.
All made inside gimp with my own custom designs to expand/add his facial features.
Inspiration was taken from Tony Montana and my own design idea of Tommy Vercetti (The Harwood Butcher).
