This one replaces the default Tommy Vercetti’s Shirt & Jeans In The GTA Vice City Definitive Edition

Extract The File(500-GoldenT.pak) & Place it inside:

Gameface\Content\Paks\~mods

Or just extract the archive in your game installed directory
