A starter saves for San Andreas that isn’t too overpowered but still has the tedious stuff complete.
Made this save because the only other ones available practically had the entire game complete and had millions of dollars already. This eliminated a lot of content that I consider to be fun and not tedious, like the content that has been completed below.

– Taxi Missions Complete (Taxi Nitro)
– Vigilante Missions Complete (Max Armor)
ALL COLLECTIBLES COMPLETED
– All Spray-paint Tags Complete 100/100
– All Photographs Complete 50/50
– All Horseshoes Complete 50/50
– All Oysters Complete 50/50
There is around 400K money that was made during the completion of the above-listed content. No cheats have been used. No clothing has been purchased. Save loads directly after the mission “Tagging Up The Turf”.
