Vice City Definitive Edition uses standard animations from the PC version of the game, but they are stripped down.
This mod fixes this by bringing uncut PS2 animations back to the game.
With these tweens, the motion is a little smoother.
Tommy in weapon racks now moves smoothly when in the original everything is static without a single movement.
