Due to the fact that the lighting in the game was too dark (remember Tenpenny’s face at the beginning of the game), it was not very comfortable to play. This mod is intended to fix this. Now the lighting on the street, interior and cut scenes will be bright. The mod works in GTA 3 and Vice City. Also in the settings you can change the brightness of the game, adjusting it for yourself.
