HD Lamps WIP V1.0
HD Lamps that replace GTA SA DE’s lamps (street lamps, traffic lights, etc) made on 3ds Max and Substance Painter. Some models were built on classic models.
Due to the current modding limitation for DE the transparent one (emissive_trans) is bright for both day and night times. And the non-transparent one (non_metal) cannot be transparent but doesn’t get bright during day time, and gets bright during night time – which DE uses. Lemme know which you prefer (transparent / emissive_trans or non-transparent / non_metal). So I apply it to the other lamps.
