This mod is a bunch of mods that I did/upgraded.
New textures/characters. Fog+Rain/More Lod distance. More People/Better Traifc!
This mod upgrades 80% of all Textures on all map!
Remake of: CJ, Big smoke, Claude, Ryder, Denise, Og Lock, Kent Paul.
Better Lod distance. (Lods will be loaded at a longer distance)
Better Rain (for who that has a Pirate version under 1.3 idk maybe 1.1)
Better Fog as in the original game.
There will be more random npcs with random clothing (not 10 that spawn randomly how in the original game)
There will be more random cars (not 10 that spawn randomly as in original game)
