Snow Conversion Mod, Add Snow into GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition.
Instructions:
Copy “900-SnowConversionTweaks” to ~mods Folder inside “Paks” Folder in your GTA SA DE Game Folder
It doesn’t replace any files from the original game.
Extract the mod’s “CLEO” folder to your CLEO folder. This varies, your CLEO folder may be in your game folder, or AppData.
Requires CLEO Redux
