Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Shirtless Ped Skin Color Fix V1.0
Grove Street Games messed up the skin color of the ped called BMYDJ and its Variants resulting in the torso not matching up properly with the ped’s arms making it look like the ped is wearing a tank top with a skin texture on it instead of being shirtless, this mod fixes it.
Install by placing the .pak file into Gameface\Content\Paks\~mods (Create ~mods folder if missing)
